Poolside Residences Launched

Basseterre, St. Kitts – The official launch of the Poolside Residences took place on the 28th July, with the Prime Minister of St Kitts & Nevis, Dr The Honourable Denzil L. Douglas in attendance, alongside representatives from the St Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank, and the Cable Bay Hotel Development Corporation as well as local business people and sales agents from St Kitts and Nevis and abroad.

The Prime Minister expressed great enthusiasm for developing the project which provides employment and revenue for St Kitts during construction and once the resort is fully opened. He was keen to stress the importance of Ocean’s Edge is developing the tourism infrastructure on the island.

Dr Douglas stressed the importance of the development of the Ocean’s Edge project to the on-going tourism infrastructure on the island. He also lauded the launch of the Poolside Residences as a clear signal that the global and Kittitian economies are recovering. He shared our enthusiasm for developing a high end project which provides employment for local people during construction and this will be on going once the properties are ready for rental.

The Poolside residences will be a focal point on the Ocean’s Edge Resort, and offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The new residences will form the Hotel complex on the resort. Prices start from USD$370,000
