Ocean’s Edge is an approved project of the Citizenship
by Investment Programme of the Federation of St. Kitts
and Nevis provided for in the Citizenship Act 1984.
Purchasers who make a minimum investment of
US$350,000* in a unit or a villa plot will be entitled
to apply for Citizenship of the Federation of St. Kitts
and Nevis.
