Ocean’s Edge is an approved project of the Citizenship by Investment Programme of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis provided for in the Citizenship Act 1984. Purchasers who currently make a minimum investment of US$400,000 as of January 2012 in Saint Kitts and Nevis real estate will be entitled to apply for Citizenship of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.
