Ocean's Edge Resort comprises 48 one bedroom beachfront apartments, 8 two bedroom beachfront homes, 48 semi-detached garden cottages, 66 two bedroom hillside apartments and 23 hilltop plots for private, bespoke villas. Building height for the apartments will be restricted to two floors and most properties will have uninterrupted ocean views. Construction is well underway and the handover of the first properties took place in July 2008.
