The development will be constructed in several phases. Phase One, which consists of 16 Hillside Apartments, was completed in December 2008 and Phase Two, which consists of 14 Hillside and 16 beachfront apartments is due to complete in August 2009. Phase 3 is due to start late 2009 and together with phase 4 will close out the development.
